Welcome to the on-line parent teacher interview booking system for Kitsilano Secondary . You will be able to create an account, enter your children and then schedule interview times for you to meet with their teachers.
Appointments scheduling will start at specified times. See the schedule listed below. We hope that you will find the system very easy to use. It will take only a few minutes to setup your account, your children and your appointments. You may want to leave 5 minutes between appointments to find the next teacher. You may select up to 5 appointments for each child. To register for an account, click on the "REGISTER" tab above.
Kitsilano Parent-Teacher Conferences for the 2010 -2011 year are as follows:
Wednesday November 10th (4-8pm)
Thursday February 3rd (4-8pm).
The conferences will be held in the cafeteria (east side of the school, near the gyms).
Teachers generally do 3 hours of appointments with a one hour break.
Please note for February 3rd conferences:
Ms Jackson is not available in the evening on February 3rd. However, she is available from 1:30-4:00 for appointments. These cannot be booked online. Please email Ms Jackson at mmjackson@vsb.bc.cato make an appointment.
Ms Moore is not available in the evening on February 3rd. However, she is available for appointments on Wednesday February 2nd. These cannot be booked online. Please email Ms Moore at cjmoore@vsb.bc.cato make an appointment.
Mr. Kamin is available from 3-4pm (as well as 4-5 pm which can be booked on-line). Please email Mr. Kamin at dkamin@vsb.bc.ca to make an appointment from 3-4pm (these cannot be booked on-line). For an appointment from 4-5, please use the standard online procedure.
